01
Company and public contact
The website presents the services of Societatea cu Răspundere Limitată „VERIQON TECHNOLOGIES”, IDNO 1026023155007. For questions about information submitted through the website, write to [email protected]. You can also use this address to report incorrect details in your inquiry or ask how they are used. Explain which inquiry you mean; avoid sending identity documents or other sensitive records unless a need has first been established.
02
What the form sends
The form asks for your name, company, message and preferred reply channel: email or phone. It sends the contact detail for your chosen channel, together with the interface language and, when present, the inquiry topic. This helps the team understand your situation and discuss next steps. The form does not accept document uploads. Do not include passwords, sensitive personal information, confidential documents or unnecessary details about other people in this initial inquiry.
03
Form protection and email handling
When the form is available, Cloudflare Turnstile checks requests to protect against abuse. Cloudflare infrastructure processes form details for validation and email transmission. The IP address is used to limit repeated requests and perform the anti-spam check. Validated inquiries are addressed to the mailbox configured for the company. If you choose email, your address is also set as the reply address. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing or trigger an automatic reply to you.
04
Keeping information
The form implementation does not create an inquiry database or save the content you enter in browser local storage. The sending code does not write messages, contact addresses, IP addresses or verification tokens to application logs. These limits do not mean emails or infrastructure data are never retained. Retention periods and rules in the services used and the receiving mailbox require confirmation for the final policy; this draft does not establish a deletion deadline.
05
Questions and requests about your data
To ask about your inquiry, correct information you submitted or request its deletion, contact [email protected]. Describe your request and provide enough detail to identify the conversation, without adding unnecessary sensitive information. Identity checks, any retention obligations, applicable rights and response deadlines must be set out in the final legal version. This review page does not promise immediate deletion and is not a complete statement of legal rights.
