CRM tailored to your company

Every customer has context. Every enquiry has a next step.

We adapt a CRM to how your company sells and works, bringing customer conversations, quotes and clear responsibilities together from first enquiry to handover.

Explore the solution

01 / Who it is for

When the customer knows more than the colleague taking over

A customer calls back, but the person who prepared their quote is unavailable. A colleague searches through messages, asks the team and makes the customer explain everything again. For a small team, a CRM can clarify who responds and what was promised. In a larger company, it also needs to support handovers between sales, service and management, with appropriate access for each role. We start with these everyday situations to decide which information belongs in the system and which can stay outside it.

02 / What the project can include

Customer relationships organised around daily work

01

Customer records and shared history

We define the information your team needs about companies, contacts, conversations and documents. We organise the history so a colleague taking over can find the context quickly, without adding fields that nobody actually uses.

02

Quotes and stages that fit your sales process

We adapt the journey of an opportunity: new enquiry, clarification, quotation, response and closure. Together we decide what each stage requires and when an accepted quote should pass to the team delivering the work or service.

03

Ownership and visibility

Each enquiry can have an owner, tasks and follow-up dates. Managers can identify situations that need attention, while colleagues see the information relevant to their responsibilities, within the access rules agreed with your company.

03 / Illustrative example

Illustrative example: an enquiry with a clear handover

A company receives a request to install equipment. The sales manager records the requirements, prepares a quote and sets a follow-up date. The customer accepts while the manager is away. In a CRM adapted to this process, the colleague taking over can find the quote version, agreed terms and contact person. The request then passes to the installation team with an owner and a defined next step. This is a possible configuration scenario; documents, stages and connections to other systems are agreed for each project.

04 / How we work

Adapting a CRM foundation to your process

  1. 01

    Follow a real enquiry

Together we trace the journey from first contact to handover. We identify essential information, bottlenecks, roles and exceptional situations that the system needs to support.

  2. 02

    Choose a suitable foundation

We compare your requirements with an existing CRM foundation. We establish what can be configured, what requires additional development and what stays in your current systems.

  3. 03

Adapt it and prepare the data

We configure fields, stages, documents and access. We select the records to bring across, check duplicates and agree import rules before moving the relevant information.

  4. 04

Test with the people using it

Your team works through representative cases, including handovers and exceptions. We adjust the configuration, prepare practical guidance and agree responsibility for administration and future changes.

05 / What you receive

What your team receives

  • A CRM configured for the agreed process, fields and roles.
  • Agreed data imported and checked, with outstanding issues recorded.
  • Validated working scenarios, user guidance and handover to your internal owner.

What the project can include

What we agree before implementation

  • We start with an existing foundation when suitable; additional capabilities are assessed separately.
  • The history we can import depends on the quality and accessibility of your available data.
  • Connections to messages, orders or other systems are included only after their access and scope have been checked.
