AI for voice and transcription

Turn spoken words into usable information

Turn voice notes and recordings into reviewable text, summaries and proposed actions. We also prepare narration from approved company content.

Explore the solution

01 / Who it is for

The information is there, but someone must listen again

A technician describes an issue in a voice message, and a colleague replays it to complete the report. After a meeting, someone needs to find the decisions and responsibilities. For a small team, we can focus on turning field notes into easy-to-review text. Across several departments, we can define shared summary formats, separate recording permissions and a review stage. For training teams, the same approach can turn approved written material into audio content, so each revised version does not need to be recorded manually.

02 / What the project can include

Three practical uses for voice content

01

Transcripts with a traceable source

We prepare transcription with timestamps and separated contributions where recording quality allows. We establish company-specific vocabulary and flag unclear passages so that the person reviewing the text can compare them with the original audio rather than relying on a guess.

02

Summaries and suggested actions

A transcript can be used to identify topics, stated decisions and mentioned tasks. Owners or deadlines that are not clearly stated remain blank. A person reviews the output before it becomes a report or an assigned work item.

03

Narration from approved text

We can prepare audio versions of instructions, presentations and training material. We choose a suitable voice, pace and pronunciation, then review a sample. Other-language adaptations are checked before narration, and updates start from the approved written version.

03 / Illustrative example

Illustrative example: a technician's note becomes a report

Imagine a technician recording a note after inspecting equipment. The proposed solution transcribes it and drafts a report containing the observed symptoms and the next steps actually mentioned. A part number obscured by noise is flagged for review instead of guessed. The technician checks the recording, corrects the text and approves the report. The manager can then consult the information in writing. If the company later prepares training material, the revised text can separately become approved narration after customer details have been removed.

04 / How we work

Start with the audio your team actually uses

  1. 01

    Choose the use case

We establish whether the priority is transcription, draft reports or narration. We identify who supplies the material, who checks the result and where it needs to go.

  2. 02

    Evaluate representative samples

We test samples covering the languages, accents, vocabulary and noise encountered at work. For narration, we check names and specialist pronunciation using approved text.

  3. 03

    Define the output

We agree on text structure, information to extract and uncertainty markers. We also define access, recording retention and the point at which human approval is required.

  4. 04

    Review in practice

We compare results with their sources and address recurring problems. We introduce the solution into the chosen activity after validating the review process and agreed acceptance criteria.

05 / What you receive

What we prepare for your team

  • A transcription or narration process configured for the agreed use case, with validated samples.
  • Formats for transcripts, summaries and suggested actions, including review of unclear passages.
  • Review, access and retention rules for the material, together with user guidance.

What the project can include

Decisions before use

  • Accuracy is assessed on real samples; noise, overlapping speech and specialist terms may require human correction.
  • Recordings and voices must have the necessary rights and permissions; imitating an individual's voice is not included by default.
  • A transcript and a summary are different outputs. Tasks, names and deadlines are confirmed before they are used in work.

Where we start

Discuss your project

Tell us about a recording your team processes regularly or a written resource you would like to turn into audio. We can then establish which samples are suitable for a safe review.
