How we work
A clear path from the first conversation to everyday use.
See how VERIQON TECHNOLOGIES works: clarify the need, test the approach, deliver in reviewable stages and help your team prepare for everyday use.
You may have a process that takes too much time, information that is difficult to track or an idea for a product. We start with the actual situation and the people who understand it. Together, we establish what is worth changing, how to assess the result and when to move forward. The scope of each stage depends on the project.
01
The first conversation: where does work get stuck?
Describe an everyday situation: who is involved, what they are trying to do and where progress stops. It might be an order lost between departments, a quotation that takes too long or an idea that needs testing. We clarify the desired outcome, constraints and people involved in the decision. You do not need a technical requirements list. We finish by agreeing whether a closer review would be useful and what it should clarify.
02
Diagnosis: what to change and what to keep
We follow the actual process from request to result with the people who use it. We examine the information required, repeated tasks, approvals and situations that fall outside the usual rules. We identify what already works and where a change could help. You receive a reasoned direction, priorities and questions that still need checking. The scope of the review, access to information and deliverables are agreed before work begins, according to your company's needs.
03
The pilot: test a specific assumption
Where an important uncertainty remains, we propose a limited test. We choose a representative task and agree what a useful result would look like: for example, a quotation prepared with the right information and checked by its owner. We also test missing information, exceptions and human intervention. We review the outcome together before expanding. A pilot may confirm the direction, reveal adjustments to make or show that the proposed approach is unsuitable.
04
Implementation: stages you can assess
We divide the work into stages with observable results and agree who will review them. For a CRM, for example, we can start with an existing foundation and adapt it to the company's customers, roles and rules. We check real scenarios together, beyond the appearance of individual screens. New requests are discussed in terms of their effect on scope, cost and timing. Each stage is accepted against agreed criteria, with important decisions documented.
05
The transition: your team starts using the solution
We prepare the move to the new way of working with the people responsible in your company. We agree which information needs transferring, who checks it and how each role receives access. The team practises everyday tasks with explanations suited to its situation. Together, we define when to switch, the checks required and how difficulties will be handled. Training, working materials and launch assistance are specified in the project scope so that responsibilities are clear.
06
Improvement: the next step comes from actual use
Once the solution is in use, we can assess what works and where the team encounters difficulties. We compare observations with the agreed goals: completed tasks, errors, delays or clearer information. We distinguish necessary corrections from ideas for expansion and choose the next step according to its value for the company. Support, intervention arrangements and further development are agreed separately. This gives future changes explicit priorities and responsibilities, with results that can be reviewed.
