AI assistants for internal tasks

Turn requests into actions, with control at every step

AI assistants that prepare tasks and updates from messages or documents, with limited access, clear approvals and a verified outcome for each action.

Explore the solution

01 / Who it is for

When conversations need to become completed work

Colleagues agree on a change, but someone still has to find the order, fill in the fields and notify the person responsible. In a small team, one person repeats these steps alongside other duties. In a larger organisation, the request moves between departments with different permissions and responsibilities. An assistant can prepare this work while preserving its source and the person responsible for the decision. Together, we select tasks with outcomes that can be checked and identify situations that must go to a colleague.

02 / What the project can include

From the request to a checked outcome

01

Understand and prepare

The assistant identifies the request, retrieves permitted information and drafts the task or change. It shows the source and proposed fields. When an essential detail is missing, it asks for clarification before progressing to approval or execution.

02

Request the right approval

Each action has its own permissions and conditions. Sensitive changes and customer communications can require confirmation from the responsible person. They see exactly what they approve; subsequent changes to the proposal require another check before execution.

03

Act and verify

After authorisation, the assistant performs only the permitted action and checks the system response. It records the request, approval and outcome. An error or uncertain result stops further action and is referred to the responsible person.

03 / Illustrative example

Illustrative example: changing a delivery date

A colleague writes that a customer wants delivery on another day. In this illustrative example, the assistant finds the order within its permitted data and prepares a task for the person responsible. If the requested date is missing, it asks for clarification. The colleague checks availability and approves the exact change. Only then may the assistant update the authorised field; the customer message has its own approval rule. The team sees either a confirmed outcome or an issue needing intervention, keeping a proposal distinct from a completed change.

04 / How we work

Start with one clearly defined task

  1. 01

    Choose the task

We follow a real request from receipt to outcome. We identify the required information, the people involved and the point where preparation can help your team.

  2. 02

    Define permissions

We specify separately what the assistant may read, prepare and execute. Each action gets an approver, limits, stopping conditions and a way to verify its outcome.

  3. 03

    Test with approval

We test clear, incomplete, conflicting and unauthorised requests. The pilot begins with human approvals, and repeated attempts are checked to prevent duplicate actions in connected systems.

  4. 04

    Expand selectively

We review confirmed outcomes and team interventions. We expand only actions whose results can be verified, retaining an accessible stop mechanism and correction procedures wherever the action allows.

05 / What you receive

What your team receives

  • An assistant configured for the agreed task, with explicitly permitted data and actions.
  • Approval rules for each action and a record of requests, decisions and outcomes.
  • Test scenarios and guidance for stopping, human intervention and error handling.

What the project can include

Control is defined for each action

  • The assistant receives no general access to your company; each source and action is authorised separately.
  • Instructions found inside messages or documents cannot extend the assistant’s permissions or replace a required approval.
  • Execution depends on connected systems. Irreversible actions need explicit rules; uncertain results are never reported as success.

Where we start

Discuss your project

Choose a repetitive task and share an anonymised example of the request, the desired outcome and who approves it. We use this to define the necessary data, actions and checks.
