Online stores and B2B ordering

From the right product to a clear order

We build online stores and B2B ordering spaces with clear catalogs, tailored commercial terms and a defined path from product selection to confirmation.

Explore the solution

01 / Who it is for

Customers choose online; your team confirms with clarity

A customer receives a catalog file, checks the price by phone and sends an order across several messages. Product variants and different partner terms make the same uncertainties return with every purchase. A small retailer may first need an easy-to-maintain catalog and complete order details. A distributor may need approved partner pricing, minimum quantities and coordination with the warehouse. We start with those differences and establish what customers can order directly, what needs a quote and where the team must confirm availability or commercial terms.

02 / What the project can include

Catalog, terms and orders in one journey

01

Products that are easy to select

We organize categories, variants, sales units and the information buyers need to choose. We define what displayed availability means and who maintains it, so customers understand their selection and what still needs confirmation before delivery.

02

Terms for each type of buyer

We adapt catalog access, prices and ordering steps for retail customers or business partners. Where a price depends on quantity or negotiation, a quote request retains the selected products and reaches the person responsible for responding.

03

Orders followed through to handover

We define the information required to place an order, commercial confirmation and the statuses buyers can see. We connect the agreed operations, including shipment preparation and return requests, so changes remain attached to the order rather than scattered conversations.

03 / Illustrative example

Illustrative example: a reseller replenishes supplies

A reseller regularly orders supplies but sends a list that staff must check manually each time. In a tailored ordering space, the partner reviews products and the terms approved for their account, selects quantities and submits a request. The team checks availability and confirms timing before accepting the order. If an item is unavailable, the proposed replacement returns to the partner for approval. The partner then follows preparation status while both sides work from the same order details. This is a possible scenario, not a claimed customer result.

04 / How we work

Start with how you sell

  1. 01

    Understand the sale

We follow a routine order and one with exceptions. We identify buyers, commercial rules, product information and team responsibilities before defining the purchase journey.

  2. 02

    Choose and adapt the foundation

We select a suitable commerce foundation and tailor the catalog, accounts and ordering rules. We distinguish what is needed for launch from later extensions.

  3. 03

    Connect orders with operations

We prepare agreed information exchanges with stock management and other systems. We define the source of prices, availability and statuses, including how discrepancies are handled.

  4. 04

    Test purchases and returns

We check selection, confirmation, changes and cancellations, then the return request. Your team rehearses realistic situations before the store opens to customers and partners.

05 / What you receive

What your team receives

  • A catalog and ordering journey tailored to the agreed products and buyer groups.
  • Documented rules for prices, confirmations, order statuses and responsibility for updates.
  • Agreed connections to internal operations, verification scenarios and an order administration guide.

What the project can include

Commercial decisions we make together

  • Online payments, delivery methods and connections to other systems are explicitly scoped; they are not included by default.
  • We distinguish indicative availability, stock reservation and the point at which an order is accepted.
  • Your company approves pricing, sales and return terms, and all published product information.
